Making Dreams Come True

I live a divided life. In my mind I live in Playa del Carmen. Physically I am in PA. The mind body connection is challenging at times. By day I am a Corporate Recruiter and by night I am a Mayan Riviera Property Investment Consultant.

Every day I come home from work, turn on my laptop and go to Playa del Carmen. My partner in Playa is waiting for me on Skype. My inbox is waiting for me with inquiries from people wanting help to make their dream a reality. I am there.

The most common dream is a 2 bedroom condo with a view of the water. There is no lack of inventory. The Mayan Riviera is in its heyday of development. Project Managers regularly visit our 5ta Ave. office with plans, photos, models and price lists.

I am looking forward to meeting a very nice couple in Playa the end of June. They can't wait to see Marina Mia, Secret Waters, Via Tendenza and Taak Maya. I have given them virtual tours and now they are ready to see the real thing. We'll take a leisurely tour of all of them, and others if they so decide. Then, we'll sit in sidewalk café, order margaritas and discuss which one they would most like to spend their vacations at and eventual retirement.

It's always exciting for me to be a part of such an important decision in someone's life. I love that I help people's dreams come true.
